Don’t know why i stayed with fb for too long. The over charge and they charge for membership on top of that. They are also hard to contact
I don't recommend this company their agents are rude and they show no care . Also I recommend to hire a lawyer right away before you deal with them if you have a claim
Processing a residential claim was easy and the representative was very polite.
This insurers contractor Oversprayed Stain on our BRAND NEW house and they refused to pay to make whole. We have damaged Paint on three sides of the house, Damaged Concrete and 11 doors and windows that are runind from OIL based stain. I would give a minus 10 if I could! Heather Fuller is the Senior Claims REP and Clint Poppe the adjuster. These folks are a horrible excuse for an insurance company representing the consumer.Below are some photois of our current damage to house. House is 5 months old!
