Careful with this company, their employees cant even follow traffic law. First the driver jumps the double white line out of the HOV lane (right next to a sign that says "do not cross double white line, I might add), then he moves all the over to the far right and proceeds to illegally pass traffic in the far right lane. he then starts to weave in and out of traffic in the right lanes. Very bad.
Insurance can really be a frustrating thing in general, but Aaron Kidd always does a great job explaining things and giving us the products we truly need. He is honest and very reliable. I’ve experienced needing to use car insurance when I got into an accident on the freeway. Aaron and Farm Bureau helped make a difficult and stressful process more manageable. They are not easy to work with that's all I can say I won't say anything else.
The office is clean and comfortable, Aaron is professional, capable, and prompt. The office is accessible by several stairs only and may be difficult for elderly or handicapped.
