Worst Insurance Company Ever! If you had a claim, nothing will happen! They take forever to send an adjuster, then they will say that you're not covered for what the policy says, and if they pay you, they will deduct more than 50% of ammount you're insured for. And Mr. Low just gives you a 1-800 number to call. He is useless like all the Farm Bureau people. If you're planning on getting any kind of insurance make sure you don't get them, it could be a nightmare.If I could give 0 stars that's how I'll rate them!

Dont expect to get your phone calls returned Repeated calls to the company go unanswered. Renewal notices are sent out without detail to explain price increases. I wonder what would happen if you actually had a claim?

Everyone should have a FB agent! I highly recommend that every household and family make the time to sit down with a Farm Bureau Financial Services Agent. Do not put off planning for your family's future weather it be College, Retirement planning or Protecting your family with Life Insurance. I feel so much better since I did. I suggest it for all, no matter what your finances are. My Agent came right to my house.
