Beyond helpful. Had a window regulator that broke in my 2004 BMW X5 while I was in town with my kids for Drums Along The Rockies - Casper. Randy got my window up and secure for my 4 hr drive home. No charge! Earned my pateonage.
Trying to get $3360 out of me when I just dropped my car off for an oil change! I needed my hood release fixed and my oil changed, it took THREE DAYS to hear anything and the only thing I get is a phone call saying that they blew my transmission. My transmission had NO issues when I dropped it off, now they want literally FIVE TIMES what the car is worth. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR CAR.
