DUANE FARLEY AND SAM FREEMAN I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE CLOSING AND THEY OWE ME. DID NOT PAY THE PAYMENTS, CHARGED ME FOR REPAIRS THAT WERE NEVER COMPLETED. NEVER LET THESE PEOPLE HANDLE YOUR RENTAL PROPERTY. CROOKS IS WHAT THEY ARE.... THEY ARE A 0 RATING FROM ME
As a property owner, choosing this company is the worst decision you can make. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!
Do not use this company. They don't return your calls, don't take care of any issues, won't send rent checks. Have tried unsuccessfully to get questions answered since October thru phone and email. They don't even deserve a rating of a 1 but there wasn't anything lower. THEY SUCK.
