Today my dad was seen by Dr Talati and a lovely pharmacist (Mashallah Tabarakallah) excellent service and tended to all his questions and concerns.
been at practice 3+ years haven't seen doctor even though I had stoke few weeks ago had trouble with medication the practice is not bothered because its not run correctly and their apps don't work because I am sure they don't know how they to use them 20/6/25
I was been their 2 times but their system is really bad they are not following the appointments times gp practitioners are really rude.
I wishI I can give them rating in minus. GP gave me appointment at 13:30. Usually I finish my job at 17:00 but that day I reched surgery at 13:25 , five minutes before my appointment which is encouraged by NHS on all platforms. But doors were closed and it was clearly written outside that surgery stays close from 1300 to 1400 daily. The lady doctor that saw my girl she asked us why did we come . My daughter showed the bad eczema that is itchy , and she said it is not necessary to come to the doctor for something like this and she wrote on a piece of paper 5 names of medicine to buy . One only prescribed . First time in my life to see such an unprofessional attitude towards patient . No care. That was the worst doctor ever.
