Kingston York CCE dealer Fantastic same-day service. Nick arrived and immediately got to work, investigating and diagnosing my non-functioning air conditioning unit. The problem was diagnosed and repaired all during his initial visit. Nick even dropped off alternate filters in order for my system to function correctly. If I could give a 6th star I would! We had our AC go on Tuesday and had Reliance come in to try to fix it, in the end he said it was not fixable and gave me a quote for a new system. I felt the tech was good but wanted to get other opinions of course. Farley was one of the recommended companies and im SO glad I called. Aja was very helpful on thr phone and Nick and Brody happened to be nearby so they were able to stop by within the hour. Called about my AC making loud noises outside. Nick was able to show up and diagnose the problem that day, and set us on the right track. Aja is so personable and easy to talk to, and Nick is very professional and knowledgeable! I highly recommend this local family business!
