I have always had a good experience with every visit I have been going to this doctor for a long time.
Dr. Farley is great to work with. He is caring and thoughtful. He's always treating you to improve outcomes.
We have been with the Family Care of the Bluegrass for many years. We were established as patients of Dr. Farley and saw him on both the East and West Side. Long story short, the last time I made an appt. on the West Side I saw Dr. Stewart, then called the office months later for prescription refills. Was told I was transferred to Lawrenceburg because I was Dr. Stewart's patient and no longer with that practice. Called to get an appointment today 5/7/19 and am told doctors there are booked till August??
I get along well with Dr Farley and his diagnosis is usually spot on. The PA makes poor diagnoses. Majority of staff is nice, a couple aren't personable. Pet peeves; 1. Play games with refilling maintenance drugs. Sometimes they get refilled when the pharmacy calls sometimes they don't. They don't communicate with you when they don't you have to figure that out. 2. Appointment times are set by their computer that isn't set to a time standard anyone else knows causing a reschedule which is hard.
Hearing from others that has been seen by him and Emily Goodlett office on both sides .. I am reporting they are rude and lie on the drug test and then say they won't see you anymore ... It's damn shame can't find
Seems hesitant to diagnose and sometimes discounts symptoms. He rarely makes eye contact and communication is short. His office staff are not very helpful and it is hard to get appointments or information in a timely manner.
