Very disappointed trying to call there, not even a dial tone when I do call for my appeals I paid $275 for them to appeal my taxes and I spoke to a woman and she said I had to pay $100 and something dollars more to them. They used to be great, but now I think it’s become a scam because nobody reached out to me, I will ask for my money back! Shameful behaviour! I will not stand for any excuse excuses either!
Fantastic team! Angelo amd team are very responsive and have saved me thousands in property reassesments. I highly recomme d them. You can either pay for a sort of DIY process or let them do it all for you.
Farlap and Associates have been helping us lower our property taxes for years. Angelo stays on top of when your township is open for appeals, he will send you an appeal package with instructions on how to send in your appeal to the Assessors office and the Board of Review. It’s super easy and affordable, a low flat rate compared to a lawyer who will charge you a percentage. Farlap and Associates have saved us a lot of money in property taxes over the years. I have been trying to get a hold of this company for the last 2 years and I have not received any sort of communication. I have tried emails, phone calls, and their chatbot on their website. It am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with their lack of customer service and honestly cannot reccomend them to anyone who needs any sort of customer support after purchasing their service.
I cannot speak highly enough of Farlap & Associates. I was completely shocked when I received my "new" assessment and instantly panicked. I knew I had to do something and came across this company in one of my Facebook mom's groups. Everyone raved about their quick, easy, flat rate service. I am a believer and truly appreciate all they did to help me fight back on the ridiculous assessment!!
