Great customer service. Tayler O'Daniel took care of my problem in less than a minute. Tayler was very courteous and helpful.
Have always been happy with our lawn treatments... they keep it looking great! But wanted to mention the awesome customer service I received today. Tayler was great! Not only was she quick to help me figure out what sorta pesky weed we had in the yard and figure out the best solution to tackle the problem... but she was also super nice! Great customer service!

Highly recommend Farison. We moved into a house with new sod that was in really rough shape. Not even summer and grass is fully restored. Also, have used them for years and for mosquitos as well. Everything is dog safe, love it!! Before and after pictures attached
They don’t care wether or not their service actually treats your yard. So many weeds still and their customer service was beyond rude. Subscription is automatically renewed and I did not see. However that’s fine, but the biggest thing is not one person apologized to me for the service that I received that didn’t work. They were just ill-mannered and inconsiderate.
I have been using Farison for over 3 years. Last summer and fall I called several times to complain about the quality of my lawn. I question if the lawn was even sprayed. Today after receiving a treatment I called I called to discuss my lawn. Scott a supposed "manager" mansplained and refused to listen to me. My lawn looked better when I put down treatment.
We are new Farison customers. Perry introduced himself before our first treatment. Was very friendly and professional. I asked for advice on how to repair yard damage from our puppy and he took time out to discuss his thoughts on how to repair.
