I purchased a car from this dealer along with Gap insurance. I have been calling for 5 months to get a refund, and the owner has been dodging me. The manager has no control over anything and constantly refers all issues to the owner who is unreachable. I have yet to get my refund from this dealership

I bought a truck from faris over 3 months ago, went to see it twice and took it for a test drive, aneil was the person who helped me. Everything went well until I went to pick up the truck. The check engine light was on and the radio did not work, I was assured by the gentleman behind the front counter that it would be fixed, 3 days later I go to pick up my truck and they had to order a part for the radio so I would have to return it.. in the meantime, check engine light comes back on and there was a smell like the rear end ... read more

the staff was very polite when i went in looking for a vehicle my sales rep was very helpful mark the manager helped me figure out what vehicle i could afford and i am very pleased with the whole process

Buyer Beware. Went to buy a XC60 from them. Viewed the car and took it on a test drive. There were some minor issues and it appeared the photos on the website had been edited to hide dents and scratches. However the car ran well so I overlooked those issues and we negotiated a price dependent on it passing my mechanic’s inspection (always take a used car to a mechanic before buying).
