If you haven’t eaten at Farina’s Winery & Cafe in Granbury, what are you even doing with your life? I ordered the cheesesteak wrap, and let me tell you… it didn’t come to play. It showed up packed like it had something to prove — juicy, cheesy, perfectly messy in the best way possible. I have very high standards for italian, and unfortunately Farina's did not meet them. I ha the bolognese, which was served with farfalle that was several minutes beyond al dente. I sat at the bar, and felt like I was part of some drama playing out between the bartender and other staff. It was difficult to ask for service, and it seemed really unprofessional to have the argument / discussion taking place ~2 feet from my seat.
