The watermelon salad was a sensation! Flavor was so complex and honestly one of the best bites I've had in a while The Caesar was creamy and had so much crunch from the bread crumbs. Also loved the addition of the sun dried tomatoes Pizza was bomb, crust was chewy in the middle, crunchy on the outside. Tomato sauce was lightly cooked so it still has a bright fruity flavor. And the dollops of cheese on top.... Mmmm!
All organic flours, house made ricotta and mozzarella? How did I just discover this place? Incredible food. Love the Sayzar salad and Tomato Pie. Server was totally delightful.
