“The Kirby” is instantly one of my favorite pizzas anywhere. Pepperoni and jalape�o are already my go-to toppings, but the rest of the ingredients on this pie completely changed what I thought that combination could be. The hot honey is the perfect finishing touch, bringing everything together with just the right balance of heat, sweetness, and savoriness. And the service deserves just as much praise. Chelsea was exceptional—sweet, attentive, and clearly invested in both the restaurant and the overall guest experience.
Nice staff. Pizza was 3.5 stars for my tastes, and pretty pricey. I would come back if a friend wanted to, but wouldn't seek it out on my own. The dough is a big focus here, and I'm their target audience for this, but I thought it didn't fit my margarita so much.
