WORST PLACE EVER - NOT KID FRIENDLY: went there with my wife and grandkids on Sat Sept 7 at 3:30 PM - we were told the restaurant opened at 4pm and to come back then. We waited until 4PM only to be told there were no available tables for us, even though there was NO ONE in the restaurant- All tables were empty. I asked if we could wait 15 minutes for a no show - and they still would not accommodate us or allow us to wait. I see our manager commented on this and I sent you a message but have not heard back. I am very sorry about how your experience with us went. We have immediately addressed with the front door staff that they need to check on our reservation status as soon as they arrive to make sure they do not give misleading information to people. We are very busy on Saturday nights and we did have a full reservation list.
