My father rented 3014 Marine Place in Sea Isle for a week in July 2026 to celebrate a family gathering. Unfortunately, we experienced several issues with the property, including electrical and plumbing problems, as well as a faulty garage door installation. Throughout our stay, Bill Farina was outstanding. He was responsive, understanding, and supportive every step of the way. This review is for all of the employees at Farina & Boeshe especially our favorite realtor Lee Browning. We bought our home from her 5 years ago and just sold the home with her in 2025. She is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the buying/selling of a home. Very professional service because you deal with Lee not an entire team of different people. We really appreciate the hard work, constant communication and overall just an easy process!! I highly recommend her!
Extremely disappointed in service I received from Dee at Farina & Boeshe and the landlord she represents who owns 373 44th Street West Sea Isle City NJ. Rented house for (2) weeks to spend a nice and relaxing vacation with my husband/kids and to celebrate my dad's 79th birthday. Checked in to house only to find that house had not been cleaned after prior tenants left. I had a great vacation. House was clean, comfortable, and close to the beach. Was able to book last minute without jumping through hoops
I have only worked with Barbara and Roxanne for about 10 years, and many others during my 25 years of renting in Sea Isle. I have too many incidences of them going over and above for services before and after and during rentals ( several weeks over 2-3 times a season) each year...one involved my 92 year old mother, the loud fan in the bathroom was made worse with her hearing aids, I spotted her combing her hair without the light/fan on and actually crying on our first day.
