She’s nice with my family and kids
The staff member is very rude So unprofessional she thinks she is @ the street not in the office… The doctor is always out so you will see the Np… They should work with us not us working for them .. The representative lady loves to argue to patients parents… You will find out if you go or dont go here at all…

I was looked at by a nurse practitioner. Although she was nice, she did not take me seriously. I had mentioned serious health problems that I’ve been told to get checked from doctors to a PCP. Which is why I came here. I also had a big list of family history and wanted to see if I’m okay, but according to her, every health problem is to be resolved by “losing weight.” I understand that I’m overweight, but with these health issues that I’m having, it’s not easy for me to lose it.
