my husband had a gal bladder attack and pancreatitis ....A very sever case that admitted him into Cottage Hospitol and into Dr Boudaua"s care. With the current situation with the virus I could not go into the hospital with him and felt very anxious about the whole thing! Dr. Boudaua called me many times to not only discuss his case but called at the times that she said she would call...which is rare in the difficult times.... Went in to have the doctor verify that I had a hernia and if she could do the operation at Premier Surgery Center (where she also does surgeries) instead of Cottage (I fear that place) and she said no and I need $250 form you for this visit. Had the surgery done at Premier any way by Dr. Thoman and he honored what the insurance paid towards my office visit. Dr. Bounoua would not honored this and forced me to pay the full amount. This greedy Doctor will never see me or a family member ever again. Was it worth a 1 star rating?

Well informed by her from the start. She's straight and to the point. Great bedside manner. Very professional, but yet compassionate.
Dr. Bounoua saved my life! I have an incredible amount of respect and gratitude for her. I ended up in the ER with a twisted intestine. It required immediate surgery. Dr. Bounoua stayed after already performing two other surgeries that day to do the surgery laparoscopically on me, knowing that it would be in my best interests. She is compassionate, knowledgeable, talented, listens well, and answers all my questions. I trust her completely!
Dr Bounoua and staff were amazing. I have not regretted my decision even once. I have lost 99 lbs in a year and couldn't be happier. Thank you so much!!! You guys are awesome
Fantastic Doctor and surgeon! Very kind and gentle - excellent bedside manner. My surgery went perfect - very little pain and a very rapid recovery. I didn't even take the pain medication.
Supper nice doctor, and person in general. Excellent surgeon.. However 4 out 5 as they never follow up with their patients after a surgery. I think this is more related to her staff.
