Was difficult to get an appointment set, once scheduled (a couple of months out), I never heard back via email or other with instructions or prescription. I called to follow up 4 days prior to my procedure. The person on the line said the notes say an appointment was scheduled but was not on calendar. They said they had to have someone call me back to help me…pretty sure that won’t happen! Horrible experience and service.

They are a rip off by not using cost code for laser surgery for insurance that way the patient pays $5000 or more out of pocket my insurance would pay but when the dr. will not give or provide the code. The dr. even recommended the best procedure was laser check on procinIg first

I waited a month as a new patient just to do a telephone visit with Dr Jalali. He called me 30 min late to my appointment (Saying he was at the hospital) but by then, I had to return to work. So he agreed to call me the following day at noon. Still no call. If you are ok with that type of treatment, step right up. My time is valuable and when you’re suffering you don’t want to play games. On a pleasant note his staff is nice.

Had an endoscopy done Oct 8, and as of 10/27 I'm still waiting to hear back from Dr Jalali with no end in sight. Super upset. Not only did I spend hundreds of dollars to have no answers, now they want to me to call the hospital where I had an ER visit to obtain ultra sound pictures that came back clear? I don't have time to do that and if the hospital won't give them to the doctor I highly doubt they'll give them to me.
