This company is great to work with. After getting a quote I opted for a 2nd opinion. They were willing to come after hours to do a quote. They were not pushy about selling on the spot like others. Email estimates were easy to understand, pricing was more competitive. After comparing I feel Faribo listened to our concerns for HVAC and estimated a more appropriate system. Easy financing option. Excellent experience from start to finish!
Had a defective part another company installed 7 months ago, that company would not warranty the part. Faribo air took care of the warranty for that company. I won't be calling any other companies, faribo air has always been good to me
Ben the service tech was able to come before my scheduled service time.He checked and cleaned out my furnace heating manifold and then gave my Furnace/AC unit as all good to use. Ben was courteous and professional. Thank you!.
