Dr Basali does not listen to patients concerns, gaslights female chronic pain, never addresses the severe chronic issues you need help with but will definitely educate you on NEVER taking anything…even OTC medicine for pain. She is rude, lacks empathy, will talk over you, and will spend part of your appointment discussing another patient. She is extremely unprofessional. The rest of the staff is amazing though!
I am SO GRATEFUL I switched from Sharp Dr to Dr. Basali! She actually listened to me! Made recommendations and REALLY helped me with a medical issue. I enjoy her as my pcp!
