I had a great experience with Faria Mechanical. Dil visited my unit to investigate a persistent sewer odour that had been difficult to diagnose. While previous inspections focused on the sink, Dil quickly determined that the issue was actually coming from the toilet. He returned as scheduled to replace the entire toilet, and I am happy to report that after a few weeks of monitoring, the odour is completely gone. We were initially trying to schedule an earlier appointment, but while we were texting, Dil let me know that another client had canceled and offered to come right away. He showed up promptly, was very friendly, and clearly explained what the issue was. It turned out to be a quick fix, and he had everything resolved in under five minutes. Highly recommend Dil and the team at Faria Mechanical. Excellent service from start to finish.
Our new building had some issues with our hvac system. They use Faria mechanical each time there was an issue. For each service call, Dil was our service tech. Dil was always on time, easy to communicate with, and was able to resolved our issues quickly. If there are any issues with our heating and cooling after our new home warranty, will definitely contact Dil to come help us out.
Following up on my previous praise for Dill, he returned with his partner Rick from Faria Mechanical to replace our bathtub. We would like to express our sincere appreciation to Anthem for authorizing this replacement and for their commitment to resolving the issue properly. The removal turned out to be a complex and difficult job that required a lot of problem-solving and a change of plans on the fly.
