Both visits she was extremely late for the visit.
Kind, informative and caring. Only thing that should have ZERO STARS is the lady up front that HAGGLED ME in front of the waiting room full of patients as to why I had not paid on an account and that I should have checked in DOWNSTAIRS!! It was my VERY 1ST TIME to ever have an appt. that I waited MONTHS FOR and there was nothing downstairs as we entered and moved to the elevators indicating such a thing should be taken care of downstairs!!!
