We worked with Aziz and Deborah Farhat to sell our home and purchase a new one. Excellent communication skills, they kept us updated every step of the way. They are very knowledgeable in the market. They priced our home just right and we got multiple offers. They timed the sale of our current house with the purchase of the new house perfectly so we could move out/in the same day. Highly recommended, Deb and Aziz are always quick to respond and made the selling of our house an easy process. They will patiently explain the process and are very knowledgeable of the home market. Also, we had a potential buyer ask for a showing when we were out of town, but we had our dog at home. Deb actually took our dog for a walk so the buyer could view the home comfortably.
