Horrible customer service.
The negative reviews posted here are entirely inconsistent with my experience. I have been seeing Dr. Naseh for more than a decade and have received excellent service including cataract surgery which now has me driving without glasses for the first time in my life. The one time I had what appeared to be an acute eye problem I called his office and was thoroughly examined by an ophthalmologist within 2 hours. I'm still waiting for glasses ordered on December 30th. I might also mention that the first glasses that came in (that I was sent home with) came in with the wrong frames which had to be reordered. Not a big deal, but wait.....both myself and my husband received glasses with the wrong prescription in them the first time. (I have never had that happen, or known anyone who had that problem--let alone had it happen to two family members at the same time).
