I needed a root canal on a back molar. I was nervous and I was expecting discomfort and pain. Dr Daftary made me extremely calm with his conversations and he was not in a rush. His work was very thorough and gentle. He would actually hum occasionally as he worked (and it was a very nice tune I might add). After the numbness wore off I did expect pain. I had an emergency need for a root canal. All the other offices were unavailable for at least 3 weeks, even though I was already in pain. I also had travel plans, which would be a problem given my medical needs. The doctor got me in and out the same day as my consult, and the root canal turned out great.
Do not recommend. During my root canal procedure my lip was burned bad. When Dr. noticed dental assistant just replied “she’s fine.” Second, after procedure I started to notice symptoms that were most likely caused by this procedure. Sinus issues, migraines, ear aches, swollen jaw, blister on face, etc. I reached out to the office to get a recommendation on what I should do because I was in a lot of pain.
