My wife and I came home after being gone a week. During that time the Wichita area experienced tremendous sustained winds. I called Beau Canova to come out and inspect my roof due to some minor cosmetic damage. I wanted to insure there was nothing serious as our roof is about 18 years old. This is an update to my review from 3 years ago. March 2025: Due to recent high winds associated once again with Kansas storms, I needed to have Farha come back out to do another repair, on the opposite side of the roof. I had missing and damaged shingles due to the high winds. Once I noticed the damage, I immediately called Farha, because they have previously proved to me, that they are knowledgeable, professional, customer oriented and that the previous work performed by them was top notch. Two workers arrived in a timely manner, both greeted me then went right to work. They explained the problem associated with the leaking roof and fixed it. Both men were in good appearance and pleasant. We are pleased with their work.
The Hail storm occurred May 15th 2024. My first documented contact with the project salesman was May 31st 2024... It is now February 2025. (9 months later) I have went days, weeks and months with no response and/or excuses from Farha to complete these repairs. I have had them redo something on nearly everything they touched. This has been a long drawn out stressful situation. The fact that I have to sit down and write this review is disappointing.
