Having a roof replacement can be a very stressful experience, but Austin Brown, Project Manager was very helpful the whole step of the way. Even with my multitude of questions, he was always patient and explained things in terms that I could understand. Thank you again for helping make this happen in a timely fashion.

My elderly parents needed their roof and gutters replaced and asked me for help finding someone. I contacted Farha, and what I thought would be a seamless experience turned into a 6 month long headache. It started fine, they replaced the roof then immediately sent the invoice, to which I paid. The gutters were supposed to be replaced next, but a month had passed and our project manager stopped communicating and would not return my calls and text messages.
