Initially I would have rated higher because throughout my rental experience Sherry portrayed herself as very helpful and understanding, but when it came down to it this is a very disorganized and unreliable rental management company. Last minute house showings, and showings that were never even mentioned to start. Many maintenance requests that were never completed. I was also without a bedroom in my rental home for the longevity of our lease due to basement water problems that were “being resolved”. Aka they ripped the carp... read more
