Friendly staff provide excellent service.
80% disabled combat veteran, which means the VA covers my medical coverage for service related issues. They required unnecessary tests when VA provided equipment failed, then billed my private insurance for it without my knowledge or authorization. Then when I received a bill from my insurance company, I called the VA in Fargo for an explanation only to be given the “not my dept” run around. No apologies, no offer to investigate, no resolution. Just a not my problem attitude.
Where do I begin. They don't care about you. They won't listen to you. If you are young They don't think anything is wrong with you. I've been paying out of pocket for specialist care. I've had to call the white house va hotline to many times to get the care I think I deserve. It shouldn't be this way.
