I am a disabled veteran from Florida. I had an emergency problem while visiting my son in Grand Forks, ND. I went to the VA hospital in Fargo and was able to be seen immediately in the eye clinic to have my issue resolved. The hospital and community care sent me to a retina specialist the next day to have eye surgery. This hospital and staff were exceptional and the community care team are the best! Thank you all!
Currently having a mental health crisis. Been trying for weeks to get help from fargo va. No luck. This place seriously doesn't care about veterans. Why do you work at the va? Just the money and the benefits right? You guys surely don't care about actually helping a combat veteran that has been begging for help.
The best health care facility in the world as far as I'm concerned. Every single employee I have met their does their job above and beyond. They do their job with a smile on their face pleasant words professionalism. The office in case Walker staff are the best medical it's out of this world have top of the line m equipment
Came down with a buddy to help him with his appointment. Everything went well. Check in process at the main entrance was fast, and they gave us accurate directions to where he needed to go. Got to cardiology and he checked in in a few minutes. They seemed to be fairly busy helping vets.
They don't give a crap about veterans They take forever to call you back or schedule anything Doesn't matter if you're an extreme pain and can't even walk, they'll run you through hoops and make you wait two weeks Very few employees are actually friendly. I absolutely hate coming here. It's like a jail with extremely unfriendly employees that all act like they hate their lives. One doctor can recommend something and a nurse can disobey what he wants
