I do not care for their check-in policies. I booked for my friend. Instead of asking for my ID and LAST 4 on my card in a picture. They demanded they need the entire card! They charge you full price, hold your card details for just incase.. but then they also charge you $50 for also “just incase”. A precharge for incidentals but also take full card details fled incidentals?? Not very protective for customers. Employees all get access to your card details vs saving electronically. My first room they gave me was janky as heck, the cabinet for the fridge was barely hanging on, the drains in the tub and sink did not work, and regardless of your room the hot water takes around 5 minutes to get hot. However, the staff there are amazing, they got me a new room immediately, and the new room was way better than what I'd got at first. Vending machines leave something to be desired, but McDs is right next door, Perkins Restaurant is maybe 2 blocks away, and there are dozens of delivery options. I stayed here fo... read more
Worst experience of my life. Paid for 3 nights then their partner site and the staff was rude when checking in said the room wasn't paid for then after I spent hour and half with customer service thru their partner site to get it straightened out they refuse to rent the room to me. Highly don't recommend this place as their customer service is a joke and staff is horribly rude. $266 down the drain for nothing and left out in the freezing cold all night because of it. Management is horrible
