I gave up long ago on my dreams of being a hand model, but the fine folks at this clinic were able to completely change my outlook and now the hope is back. I received poor customer service and had very poor results from Gretchen. I had to go in repeatedly 3 times? as she kept saying she would do it correct this time. I felt that their equipment wasn't up to par and let her know I thought it was futile to keep coming in and wasting my time and travel. She was extremely insistent to get me to come in for the third treatment rather than a simple refund. I thought it was strange and finally agreed. I recently took my husband to Fargo Center for Dermatology for a skin assessment. My husband has dementia. Staff was friendly, kind,responsive and patient with his dementia and were very professional. We were able to make an appointment very soon after his PCP made the referral. I was impressed
