They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation.
