It's a whole different experience than supermarket shopping from friendly, personalized customer service, to having a sense of ownership even if you're not a member. Also you can bring your own containers so we cut down on the use of plastic. And then there's shopping LOCAL! It may take longer at check-out, but totally worth it. They are the nicest group, I asked for a product they didn't stock and they ordered it on the next delivery!
