Every time we call this company, it's an attitude and a problem. Today they refused to deliver our order when they could not give us even a five hour window for when it would be delivered. He was telling us they refused to drop it with no one there, even though we had no agreement to be there for it They are absolutely obnoxious people and the owners of this company should really know who is in charge. We are opening up a second venue and they just lost a lot of business all because of one guy being miserable in his life.
I placed an order with Farco Plastics yesterday for delivery today. I received a voicemail from Marry—who is always a pleasure to work with—informing me the driver attempted delivery at 8:45 AM but no one was available, and they would try again on Tuesday. I called to clarify that our business hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. While we occasionally arrive early, we require all deliveries to occur during regular business hours.
