I placed an order with Farco Plastics yesterday for delivery today. I received a voicemail from Marry—who is always a pleasure to work with—informing me the driver attempted delivery at 8:45 AM but no one was available, and they would try again on Tuesday. I called to clarify that our business hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. While we occasionally arrive early, we require all deliveries to occur during regular business hours.
