I am happy to say I just closed on a Farb Home last month. I am an architect and have very high standards on construction and design so it is a huge accomplishment for any builder to live up to my sometimes unrealistic expectations. Although I did have a very detailed and exhaustive punch list, they went above and beyond and were very accommodating making sure every detail was to my liking. I highly recommend their developments if you are in the market for an inner loop townhome.

I am a real estate agent and recently closed on my third Farb Home in the past two years. Over my career I have sold six total and can say that I have had wonderful experiences with this builder. One of my clients is moving overseas and had to sell her Farb home that I first sold to her six years ago. I am glad to say it had no problem passing third party inspections and she made an excellent profit as the value has gone up exponentially. All I can say is .....BUYER BEWARE. This Builder presents a beautiful home and claims that he provides a quality product infact he is unwilling to negotiate on the price because of his high quality standards. I bought my home from him last August in the West End Area. I and the other recent homeowners have experienced anything but quality and professionalism from this Builder.
