I had a very mixed experience with Faraz Auto. The only positive was working with Giuseppe, who was professional, attentive, and truly made an effort — he deserves recognition. I want to start by saying that this is one of the nicest showrooms and used car dealerships I've ever visited. You can genuinely tell that it's run by good people who care about their customers. I purchased one of my cars here, and the entire experience was great. I highly recommend this dealership to others, and I will definitely be doing business with them again in the future!

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Faraz Auto is completely untrustworthy, and the sales rep Ali is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever dealt with. He misleads customers, makes empty promises, and has zero accountability. Everything he said turned out to be false, and instead of fixing the issues, he just gave excuse after excuse.
