RecommendedI boarded my 3 dogs here for 4 days and all my dogs came back completely healthy and happy to see me. I'm very happy with how helpful and nice the owners were and very much happy with the price. 2 of my dogs are typically very skittish and sometimes aggressive yet they had a great time and enjoyed all the attention. I definitely plan to use this place again for whenever I plan a trip again.
Lisa took the best care of my diabetic dog who was also very anxious. the last time he was there Lisa went above and beyond to ensure that he would eat so that he could get his insulin shots. I had such relief being able to leave him in her caring charge, knowing that he would be taken care of just as she would her own dogs.
Faraway kennels is the only place that we trust to leave our pets when we go on vacation. Lisa and the crew do an exceptional job caring for the animals. If you're looking for peace of mind and a great value, this is the place to go.
Our shy rescue dog received the best care from Lisa and her staff! She needed a little extra care and attention and we had such peace of mind with her stay. Highly recommend!

My family has been taking our dogs to Faraway Kennels for over 10 years. And Lisa and her staff do a tremendous job of taking care of our furry friends whenever we go away on long vacation trips. Faraway Kennels is organized, it's clean, and the pups are walked and fed when you want them to be. I recommend Faraway Kennels every time!
It was my dog's first kennel experience and I had such peace of mind with her being there. Drop off and pick up was smooth and they took great care of her, she really enjoyed her walks from the pictures we got.
