I made an appointment for an annual physical with Dr. Ghazi, but after the visit, I received a bill labeled as a “new patient visit.” No one told me upfront that annual checkups aren’t performed during first visits, and it was never explained during my appointment. The provider also didn’t do a full exam. I’m sharing this so new patients know what to expect and can avoid surprise charges like I had. The lack of communication was really disappointing.
I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Ghazi! From the very first visit, she has been kind, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. She takes the time to listen to my concerns without rushing and always explains things in a way that’s easy to understand. What really stands out is how much she genuinely cares.
