Your staff is very rude and disrespectful to patients with no concern of respectful. I will be filing a complaint with the board of health for the treatment my daughter received at your office today!!!!
I saw Doctor Behzadi in February. He rushed through visit (had to leave), and I was able to get one question in (I had more). He then left after 3 minutes or so. On leaving, I paid estimate of $50 in cash and left. Today I received first bill dated 03/31 which stated I owed $77.40, and that my acct would go to collection agency in 10 days. I called # and Connie was unapologetic, somewhat rude & said they don't take credit cards! They did not even credit my $50 that I could tell from bill.
