They have good Dr's, however the staff rarely answers phone calls and rarely returns calls for voicemails left. I unfortunately discovered it can be quite the chore to speak to someone. When health concerns arise this is far from ideal. For these reasons I decided to switch to a different Dr.
I scheduled an appointment and came in, they had nothing on their list for that day. Unprofessional and unorganized.
Staff adopted poor customer service . But I like my doctor.
They have been my dr for about 7 years. Always helpful and available. I miss NP Salazar though..
