We run a fishing charter www.gatecrasherfishing.com out in the open ocean for salmon and in the delta for sturgeon out of a 28 Whaleback. Though our girl is over 25 years old she is in incredible condition and handles various marine weather beautifully while providing our clients a safe and comfortable experience. Purchased a used 2004 2300 this year , it had some issues as anything used usually does . Now that I've had it out on some nasty days I have to say it's one of the best handling small boats I've been on . �
Our dream boat! 2nd to none. Recently purchased a 2004 28ft walk around powered with a diesel D6 310 VP. Can't wait for April 1st our salmon and rock cod opener. Get to put her to work.

I've owned my 2300 since 2005. It's a 2003 model that I'm the second owner of. Joe and the folks at the factory have always treated me as if I purchased it directly from them. The work I've had them do was fabulous. If I ever upgrade its no doubt going to be another Farallon.
