Dr Farrah in my book is very irresponsible and doesn’t take accountability for her staff. Her secretary called me and asked if I co come to my appointment early. I explained to her I couldn’t be there early because I was in and orientation but planned to leave early for my appointment. This stupid person changed my appointment anyway and documented what was happening and this Dr refused to see me because I was late according to the new time.
