As a first-time patient, I am not about to continue with a doctor I like who has crap office/admin staff - I suffered through that for years with my last doctor and I’m not tolerating it again. For your health and safety, I strongly recommend avoiding this office, and I will not be returning. 1) Dr. Khan is not thorough and her lack of patient care is concerning. I specifically requested labs, and she confirmed she would order them but never did. She was also aware of a mass on my neck yet failed to follow up or discuss next steps, dismissing it entirely. I went 3 days ago to get a hard bump checked out on my back that I’ve had for an about a year. It wasn’t hurting or bothering me and I didn’t know I had it until my mom pointed it out. Dr. Kahn poked the bump and nothing came out of it aside from a couple drops of fluid. The Dr. placed a bandaid over it and left it at that.
