Dr. Farah Khan is wonderful. She takes the time to truly listen to my concerns and always answers my questions thoroughly. She maintains great eye contact during appointments, which makes you feel heard and respected as a patient. I never feel rushed, and she makes sure all of my needs are addressed. Her support staff is also incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit a positive experience. I highly recommend Dr. Khan and her team!

Really poor care from the entire team. They never called back with test results. Never booked any follow up visits. Never refilled medications to the point where I had to visit an urgent care since they would not return phone calls or emails. The Dr pressed me hard about her giving me referral to a spine specialist that it turns out is connected to there office. In retrospect it feels very shady.

I should have trusted the other reviews. I came in for a Pap Smear today and politely declined getting weighed. I offered to give them the number for my chart (150lbs). The staff member laughed and said he would do it anyways. Then Dr. Farah Khan falsely claimed it was legally required I get on the scale, for her license. I don’t appreciate the lie or the rude staff. The most bizarre part is that I was here last year for another appointment, where she didn’t ask for my weight. At least be consistent in your lie. I would love... read more

The primary reason I made an appointment here was to get titers and vaccines done for school. Once I am already in the appointment, I am told that they don't have any vaccines (chicken pox, mumps, rubella, hep b, flu). What kind of primary care office doesn't offer the most basic vaccines? I also wanted some cream prescribed for my skin condition; instead was just referred to derm. Finally, they wanted me to come back for a routine pap and IUD removal-- but each of those things needed to be done in a separate appointment. Re... read more

As a first-time patient, I am not about to continue with a doctor I like who has crap office/admin staff - I suffered through that for years with my last doctor and I’m not tolerating it again. Long story short, I was charged almost $100 for a phone call to communicate that I never received my Walgreens prescription after my physical. When I followed up with the Admin (Beth) about the sneaky bill I received later in the mail, she never replied and also ghosted me once they had the audacity to charge my credit card I used fro... read more
