This provider was suggested to me based on my med history, and ironically she was nothing but dismissive, demeaning and abjectly disrespectful to myself and my long term(and still current) plan of care. Unity did nothing and of course just stood in defense of what they did not witness themselves. Even the nurse whom I never met in my life, who had called ME! Was absolutely across the line.
