I had an extremely disappointing experience at this jewelry store. The staff was incredibly disrespectful and rude, making me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome from the moment I walked in. Instead of being helpful or professional, they were dismissive, impatient, and spoke to me in a condescending manner.
