Knowledgeable, listens, Very Kind! I Loved her!
I just got off the phone with Joel who is the manager at this clinic and he is absolutely amazing. He was able to fit me in to get a much needed appt for a biopsy. He had 4 customers on hold and took his time while helping me download the app and walked me through the steps of uploading my docs. I just randomly googled this place and am so blessed with the professional customer service. Thank you Joel, you are amazing and SO appreciated!!
