Local Holt team is great! HOA are incompetent and violate traffic safety laws. Risk hitting a kid to take a photo of a garbage bin. Need to dissolve HOA before a child is killed.
Faraday hills by Holt Homes is great. The “Local” team exceptional! Very responsive on fixing issues. HOA on the other hand… can’t wait to dissolve it. Probably the reason they can’t sell homes. Nobody in Estacada likes HOAs. The HOA management company disregards oregon traffic laws ORS811.507. I hope and pray a child doesn’t get injured or killed by Rolling Rock Community Management.
Don't give here unless you like hearing your neigh or's dogs barking all the time. They didn't repair stuff the right way in my home, when I offered to bug paint myself They gave me the wrong colors 2 times. I forget who did the sheetrockinf but he never fixed the repairs or the painting guy. Why pay HOA if other people can leave bags of dog poop in my yard and let their dogs bark all day. Them coming to fix stuff on my house just wasted 4 to 5 days of my time.

Our troubles began at the design center, where we realized we had been misled about receiving an enclosed bonus room. Jeff dixion is the super on this job and he is a great man. N.E.I is the company bringing you this beautiful subdivision. Rest assure if you move here all of the ground work is solid meaning the hillsides are stable, the sanity and storm systems are top notch and the water system is pexpipe to the houses...
