I am so pleased I decided to invest in the runners MOT with Fara. Tom was great and I have come away with a wealth of advice and ideas to improve my running strength and form. Tom has been fantastic in quickly establishing the actual issue impacting my knee and providing hands-on and exercises to encourage rehabilitation. And it is working well. Tom picked up really quickly what I needed to help myself and work with him. Excellent experience

I found my session with Tom excellent. He took time to explain everything regarding my hip and hamstring issues and I felt loads better after my treatment. I've actively started doing my exercises and I don't feel quite as fearful a I did.Carol Buchanan.
