I come here to pick up items from the auction and after waiting in line they literally set my paperwork aside and the 2 guys behind me both had their items and were out the door while my paperwork was still sitting on the counter. I don't speak Spanish so I Don't know what they said to get VIP service but I am over this place....
Terrible experience. Broken items. I had to wait over an to get my items. The people there don’t really seem to care when confronted about it. I’ve tried buying from them many times and every time it’s a disappointment.

Purchased 2 gravity chairs (new). 1 chair was fine, the other had a broken armrest. I was told I was responsible… even though the item was packaged when I left the warehouse. Poor customer service.
Add me to the list of people who didn't receive the merchandise I paid for! 🤬AND It's flat out disrespectful to make someone wait 45 minutes to find out it's all been a waste of time and money!!! 🤷Worst liquidator in the valley! Idk why online auctions haven't given them the boot. ☠️👎It's pretty obvious how consistently poor the merchandise, customer service and overall experience is when dealing with this place. 🪱 AND I NEVER RECEIVED MY REFUND!! 🤥 Shameful 🤮 Smh
