Purchased 2 gravity chairs (new). 1 chair was fine, the other had a broken armrest. I was told I was responsible… even though the item was packaged when I left the warehouse. Poor customer service.
Add me to the list of people who didn't receive the merchandise I paid for! 🤬AND It's flat out disrespectful to make someone wait 45 minutes to find out it's all been a waste of time and money!!! 🤷Worst liquidator in the valley! Idk why online auctions haven't given them the boot. ☠️👎It's pretty obvious how consistently poor the merchandise, customer service and overall experience is when dealing with this place. 🪱 AND I NEVER RECEIVED MY REFUND!! 🤥 Shameful 🤮 Smh
I normally don’t leave negative feedback but can’t believe how this business operates. Don’t buy from this place. They sell broken junk. Almost everything I have gotten from their auction has been broken or misleading.They display retail price on auction items that aren’t true half the time just to create interest. They listed a $800 vacuum but when I get it home and open it wasn’t even the right model and ended being the $200 model. On top of that the item was broken. I tried contacting the manager but they never responded.... read more
They sell trash! They use stock photos so you don’t realize the picture isn’t what’s being sold. I picked up my items and there were cockroaches on them. The other items were actually broken and they wouldn’t refund my money. Waste of time and money.
The worst place ever people who work there are rude and their staff are trash.
