Wait times for pickups are ridiculously long... They need a better system, I mean I could come up with a better system in just a few minutes.
When you go to pick up for the auction they will lose your paperwork and you will be sitting there for hours. The girl that works the desk for the auction pickup is extremely rude and treats you like crap. Like you are annoying her that you are there to pick up the stuff you paid for. And then call you a liar
I come here to pick up items from the auction and after waiting in line they literally set my paperwork aside and the 2 guys behind me both had their items and were out the door while my paperwork was still sitting on the counter. I don't speak Spanish so I Don't know what they said to get VIP service but I am over this place....
Terrible experience. Broken items. I had to wait over an to get my items. The people there don’t really seem to care when confronted about it. I’ve tried buying from them many times and every time it’s a disappointment.
