I cannot say enough about how much I respect Dave Hamill at Far West. He has consistently gone above and beyond looking out for my home with concern for both me and my tenants. I ‘interviewed’ other property managers and hands down Far West the best. If you’re looking for a property manager or realtor do not hesitate to hire him. Your life will be less stressful!
Dave Hamill at Far West Realty was my property manager on a single family house for several years. As an out-of-state owner, I relied on Dave for everything: tenant selection, lease negotiation, recovery when a former tenant didn't pay the last month's rent, cleaning, maintenance, marketing, managing repair work, etc. Dave and his team were always professional, courteous, competent, and just nice people. I wholeheartedly recommend them!
We originally contracted with another Property Management house in Prescott, but they proved that they were incapable of doing even the most basic of jobs (like keeping the power turned on between renters). Found Dave Hamill at Far West to be professional and knowledgeable about property management, and he has served us well over the past 6 years or so. If I were going to need another property managed, I would go back to Dave and Far West without hesitation.
Far West manages several properties for us and we've been very happy with how they look after our properties and help protect our investment. And, they work to be fair with all parties...the tenants like them as well. Recommend them highly!
