This is the worst place to go for therapy or meds. The turnover rate is so ridiculous my therapist left without even giving me a day’s notice. There have been at least 5 “nurses” in and out of there since I started going there a year ago. At least 10 different front desk ladies in and out. They have one prescriber and he’s in columbus!! My meds are never ever filled in time so every month I’m going several days without meds bc there’s no one handling the medication hotline bc the nurses keep quitting. RUN This is the most unprofessional place I’ve ever encountered. After supposedly “intentionally double booking” the psychologist appointments numerous times, can’t even get refills on medications. Lady answers the phone mono-tone, no name, no personality, very rude and impatient. States I never had an appointment, though I can assure you I was there to see the nurse before the physician. This place is very unprofessional. Attempted to seek treatment here and after waiting two months for an appointment, I received a letter in the mail stating they could no longer render services to me because of too many missed appointments. The letter also stated they attempted to call me on several occasions but there was no record of a call on either my home phone or mobile phone. For someone seriously seeking help for depression and addiction this type of unprofessionalism could cost someone their life. Would not recommen... read more
I needed a letter or documentation that stated that I had been seeing different psychiatrist for about 7 years at the far west center.It seems that they cannot keep the same doctors and counselors for very long however I have been going to the far west center for treatment and medication prescriptions.The nurse said that she cannot do any thing for me there is no counselor for me here so when I tried to get somebody to at least state that I have been going to this facility (I'm sure that they have a record )they told me to g... read more
